For your consideration we have a wonderful pair of vintage trousers. Made some time between the late 1920s and early 1930s, these pants have a number of wonderful features including a cinch back adjuster strap, fishtail back waist (where the fabric comes up to ensure the shirt would never show between the pants and a waistcoat/vest), button fly, on seam pockets with bar tacking to ensure longer wear, suspender/brace buttons, and tapered fit. They do not have back pockets. The fabric appears to be a black and white check, almost houndstooth, pattern cotton. These are definitely a rare pair of pants and would be perfect for anyone putting into early American menswear.
